John Wolcott, b. 1656 Wethersfield CT, d. 1725 New Haven CT.  He was a blacksmith, selecctman of Wethersfield 1678, in 1680 given land at Wethersfield for his services in "the late war", made a proprietor of Wethersfield in 1685, and in 1704 had 16 acres of land there.; m.
