Last night while checking out the Fulton County, Ohio genealogy page for Heinrich and Jacob, I found Peter's burial site. He's buried in Pleasant View Cemetary, Row 7C. Listing is for:

BAUER, Peter, 22 May 1853 - 4 Dec 1918, born Germany.

I know his brother Jakob (b. 2 Aug 1861) was alive in 1948 living in the Fulton County Home which has since been closed down. Fulton County records requires any written request for death records to have a date of death. Since I don't know Jakob's, I'll have to see if they'll let me look through their books when I stop to visit next month.

Heinrich was living in Bloomville, Ohio in 1915.

I plan searching for Peter's obit when I visit the Wauseon library. It may offer a clue of if Heinrich was alive in 1918 and where he was living.
