yes its the same one but the one I have is signed by Charles Smart and dated I believe he wrote it himself.
 Ralph Page was an attorney in Ottawa Kansas, all his children were born and raised there, graduated high school at Ottawa. He practiced law many years.. not sure exactly how many years but from one of the articles I have from the newspaper there he practiced law over 50 years. It says he was the nephew of Judge Charles Smart. Ralph was 80 when he died. he is buried at the Highland Cemetery. I thought it was Oak hill but its Highland. I have the Rememberance card with all the informantion of pall bearers. He was on the Franklin County Bar Association too.
