Jan was born Jan. 20, 1951, in Dearborn, Mich., to Joe and Mary Muglia. She graduated from Chaffey High School in Ontario,
Calif., in 1968 and attended Cal Poly Pomona. Her passion for reading led her to the Friends of Burleson Public Library where she
