Sorry but I thought I had sent you reference to the following genealogy work by a distant Sproull relative.

Thomas Sproull has done a rather complete jog on the Sproull family. There are some errors however, but I believe it reflects much of the data I have. This will be very useful for your updates. I suggest you start with the Index and look up William Cargill Sproull, my father and start from there.

I left almost all of my genealogy files in Arizona including pictures, etc. Here is some of the information you requested. I can add to it when I get back to Arizona.

My grandfather was John Calvin Sproull, born October 16, 1860, died April 1936 in Lawrence, KS. He married Emma Martha Steele, born August 2, 1860, died September 1949, in Salem Township, Westmoreland County, October 16, 1890. I believe Emma Martha died in Morris, IL, but am not sure. She had lived with her son Steele Sproull and his wife for many years. I think my dad and Steele had an agreement, dad would pay her costs if Steele would provided room and board at his house.

I have pictures of John Calvin and Emma in Arizona and will send them to you when we get back there in the Fall.
